Project Information

An exhibition of twenty-nine Iranian art contemporary paintings, one bronze sculpture & six artist books for the Iranian Art Gallery, CAMA.

  • Feasibility & assisting clients with logistics
  • Configuring artwork order of display to work by colour, size and artist
  • Lighting design & installation
  • Installation management of the Persian exhibition
    • Fast track exhibition layout & lighting design solution that provides maximum spread of light.
    • 29 Iranian art contemporary paintings, one bronze sculpture and six artist books were displayed in the beautiful Pompadour ballroom at the Hotel Café Royal London.
    • Due to the ballroom’s ornate interior, it wasn’t possible to attach any fixings or lighting to the ceiling or walls.
    • With this in mind, high-quality beech wood art easels were used, sometimes two for more substantial artworks. These had clamp-on graphic arms connected to special LED (CRI 95%) lamps, providing a 60-degree spread of 2700K (warm white) light to complement the artwork and consider the warm chandelier lighting of the Hotel Café Royal’s ballroom.
    • Explore the full project details (incl. video) via CAMA (Contemporary and Modern Art).
